NSDR stands for Non Sleep Deep Rest. If you are an insomniac like me — or know of someone — try it. You have nothing to lose. I´ve done it, but the jury is still deliberating.
NSDR significa Descanso Profundo Sin Llegar al Sueño. Si eres un insomne crónico como yo o conoces a alguien así, merece la pena probar. No tienes nada que perder. Yo ya lo he probado, pero no tengo todavía una decisión tomada sobre su efectividad.
